Only ones I've scene in the last few years have been well east of Kiowa in creek bottoms and I've only scene a couple. They were selling over the counter tags for 104 last year for a walk in area but I never got around to go scout the area. I'd go glass on your days off and ask permission on ranches if you can. Hard to hunt out there now as a lot of the land is leased to outfitters but there are still places that you can hunt if you know them or get permission.
