So the people proved that homosexuals did not need to be protected as a class. This makes me consider how many other groups don't actually need protecting, while thinking about groups of people who are not able to protect themselves.Originally Posted by Eric P

For the state to be golden again I think no law will be spared. We are going to have to go back to formula for this one. A strong right to self defense, gay marriage after 8 hour firearm training course, shooting a gang member will be only an $18 fine that you can mail in. Split the state into smaller less evil partitions. It will be grand.

Curious wording. We voted for "no special rights for homosexuals." And the will of the people got shot down.
But the irony of this is notable. Good catch.
Funny how wanting to stick your junk in a bhole gets you special rights. Maybe its the personality that does it. Which I find to be annoying. I want special rights, because I fish hook and donkey punch and sometimes go ass to mouth. Where is my parade?

Start a petition and get those signatures in before end of the month, to qualify for the ballot.
