MGTOW is men making a choice and playing the hand they've been dealt.

Incel is not a choice and generally mocked for a lack of social skills/ability to attract women. And in the context of what women have become. Incels don't necessarily want a relationship, just sex. They rant about "Chads" who have sex with as many attracting women as possible. This what everything has been reduced to; sex.

I've been married for 10 years. And before that, dated before any of this BS. Dating to me was the process of finding a wife.

The entire culture has been destroyed to the extent that marriage/partnership isn't a goal. Modern humans have 5-10 between the time they are established in life/stable (25) and the time they are no longer able to successfully have children (35) to find someone they can live with. All that time is wasted on the above BS.
