    I was wondering more on guys who have been convicted by civilian courts for DUI (or whatever) and then are subject to UCMJ for the same thing.

    ETA: and to clarify, no, I have never been in trouble with UCMJ or civilian courts. I either never got caught () or I was given the option of "paper or sweat?" by NCOs who had no desire to screw up my future.
