    Appreciate all the help guys. Got some really good leads on local help. I got one board fixed myself just cut it with a reciprocating saw and counter bored it and it actually worked. There's a few more boards that are more complicated but I'll mess around with it and if I can't get the others I'll hit up the kind dudes that pmed me. Thanks all!

    Really the biggest issue I had was planing a board. I just don't have the tools for it. But I figured out a separate solution.
