I quote
"HIPAA covers treatment on a public sidewalk, in full view of the public
Videoing a public sidewalk is interference when the LEO has to walk down the sidewalk to confront
First Amendment doesn't supersede HIPAA
Journalists are special and can video things in public that the public can't while in public"
Then why isn't she jailed? Why did the supervisor tell the arresting officer to release her?
HIPPA has nothing to do with what happens on the public streets and sidewalks. It has everything to do with doctors records and insurance companies.
