Ok. I admit I said some inflamatory things.

I would never advocate putting anyone in a concentration camp. I wasn't the guy who said that anyway.

I guess I just got a little fired up.. Sorry about that guys, this isn't the best place for a guy to run his mouth or keyboard without thinking..

watching Fox news now about this. still lots of speculation, but it seems as if this guy was picked on a ton about his religion, loving allah etc. had his car keyed, his little "love allah'' bumper sticker removed....little things.
the catch is, this guy was a psychiatrist who was helping our soldiers...yet he would consistently ARGUE with them about the war. this is not help.

I don't know if this guy was intentionally infiltrating the .mil and was able to slip by due to his background/name/religion...whatever you want to input there. Possibly over time he was just sick of people picking on him for his thoughts/beliefs/religion etc.

6 months ago, he was targeted by the feds for terrorist talks/writings on forums.
He was set to be deployed, probably would be targeted by other islamic people for his name/background/religion and more than likely killed ahead of time being viewed as a trader of islam.

He was yelling "god is great" during the shootings.

My take/opinion: the guy was stressed about being deployed (that is what he signed up for so i have no sympathy), he was a life long muslim so he values those beliefs, got tired of other soldiers picking on him/attacking him for those beliefs.
He finally decided he was not going to fight the americans war on terror/islam/whatever you like to call it, and he decided he was going to take out as many as possible.

The army paid for everything for this guy. He should have been pulled out/detained long before this ever happened. the feds need to start cracking down waaay soon for associating with terrorists.

for all I know the feds may have been going after the guy and then Obama stepped in and called it off. that is why you see Obama protecting this situtation so closely. Obama even said "don't be quick to come to conclusions". that tells me right there something is deeper than whats on the surface.

Either way, i don't blame all of islam for this, and don't want to see them all rounded up and put in concentration camps. We are not in a hitler society to commit genocide. If we were, we would pull all of our troops, drop some nukes and level all of the middle east.

On the other hand, I see these deep roots in islam, that seem to be unwaivering, no matter what position is held, what the background is. Devoute followers of islam appear to go back to their roots, their upbringings, what they know and will act upon it.
I know there are guys on here who fought in iraq/afghanistan and there are people there and here who want whats better, do not like the hate projected toward the west, are sick of the fighting etc. etc. there is always the exception. even with gun owners, we see it all the time here. Imagine if every time a shooting occured the dems wanted to round up all the gun owners and put them in camps because we are all the same. probably wouldn't fly?

It took time but this guy finally conjured up the cojones and acted upon his hate for all the soldiers that picked on him, told him he was a terrorist, told him the war was against people just like him etc. etc.

I have no sympathy for the guy, they are keeping the guy alive to try to get info out of him, after that they need to pull the plug, and hopefully he will suffer.

I pray for the families of our true fallen heros.

fuck obama. fuck reid. fuck pelosi
All I have in this world is my balls and my word and I don't break em for no one.

    This really makes me sad.
The Orlando shooting and Ft Hood shooting.

This just makes liberals to use it against the 2A supporters.

Ye shall know them by their fruits.

If the beliefs of extremists that kill people were really so far out of line with islam, the billon or so "peaceful" muslims would be doing a hell of a lot more to stamp it out.

at best the extremists get quiet disdain from the rest.

this guy at Ft. Hood didn't do a hell of a lot to make americans more tolerant and trusting of mulims. neither did the scumbag that ran over his daughter. nor the people I saw on the news, dancing in the street in egypt, gaza and syria on 9/12/01.

    backwards people with backwards culture.

if the saudis hadn't won the millennial lotto by living on one of the richest deposits of oil on the planet, they'd still be herding camels in the desert.

the fact is muslim beliefs and middle eastern culture are not compatible with ours, because they are literally centuries behind us.

when you hear them bitch about the west, they always end up going back to the crusades. events that happened hundreds of years ago.

they call us pigdogs and cowards. they're really just jealous because they are lousy fighters, that meet defeat on the regular at the hands of israel, and the U.S.

while the renaisannce was happening in euorpe, they were still living in tents, lying and bribing to get a bigger piece of the dirt pie.

I have no respect for them, their religion, or the bare hand wiping hajji fucksticks that want us dead.

I'm all for making the entire muslim world our ally in the war on global terror by announcing our intention to nuke mecca if there is ever another terror attack carried out by muslim extremists, anywhere.

maybe that will light a fire under them to be more proactive in controlling people who's desire to kill is supposedly so far outside the tenets of islam.

like I said ..... by their fruits.

The immediate trend in the press is to focus on the victim mentality...as usual. It didn't take them long to paint Hasan as a victim. Personally, I don't see him as a victim in any sense of the word.

Here's a very interesting article about this whole "victim" thing:

Yep...political correctness is killing us. Literally.

Someone on some other board posted this up with the thread title as "Islamic Extremist goes on killing spree."

I told him that there was a lot of speculation, but nothing substantial to show that he was waging a holly war against the US.

He responded by pointing out that victims heard him saying "Allahu Akbar" while he was shooting people. A quick web search showed me that the saying is similar to say "God" in times of high excitement or stress, etc. I told him if him saying, "oh god" a bunch of times while he's going on a crime spree makes him an extremist, then every time I say Jesus Christ when I stub my toe, I must be an extremist as well.

It's just irritating that people paint things like this so black and white.

I'm disappointed that we haven't seen a list of the victims names at all yet. They are the important ones here. I'll go look for a list and post it up here if I find anything.

    Here is a list:

Also, I found it pretty irritating that people would point out what he said about suicide bombers, while simultaneously posting stuff about November 5th and Guy Fawkes.

    Sturtle... where to start?

Clearly you ARE a toe-stubbing extremest!

This is my first comment about this event and the one thing that I would like to express is that instead of Nuking Mecca, I would like to "Nuke" political correctness. Political correctness is no different than lying. The act of being politically correct is just as dishonest as lying itself and I have no toleration for either.
