Default No cigs for 2 weeks now !

I quit cigarettes two weeks & 2 days ago, and have been using a vape pen with 5-6 mg nicotine e-juice to cope with quitting cigs.
Last night I switched to e-juice with only 1.5-1.7 mg nicotine. Today, I used twice as much juice due to the low nicotine level.
Sure is tough to quit the coffin nails.

    Good luck in your endeavor!

That's a huge effort for most long time smokers.

I quit in 1988. Now I am having extremely painful migraines. Every time I lit one up, I would have a headache. So I quit. If I had known then, I would never come near them. Now I have to go get an MRI and all kinds of tests. Supposedly cigarette smoking is one of the causative factors. Good luck and good for you!

Way to go!! I am coming up on 11 years smoke free and it is one of the absolute best things I ever did. I was a pack and a half a day smoker for years and I know first hand how hard it is to quit. One thing to consider would be to move to a low level patch at some point. That will get you away from the routine of inhaling anything and you won't have to look to that for any relief. Keep up the great work and stay strong!!!

Good luck. Chantix works. Some side effects. Friend used it and was able to quit for good in less than a month.

My neighbor used e-cigs with reducing nicotine to quit. Now she's on oxygen, but she's not smoking. Quitting smoking is tough, especially engaged in social media today. I understand the addiction to the action and oral fixation that mackbamf mentioned as well. Good luck.

Great job, Bob! Stick with it. Your health (and your wallet) will thank you.

On 01/01/1989 just after midnight at a new years party, Mrs BG said, "I'm gonna go outside and have one last cigarette." She did. Quit cold turkey and never had another. She wasn't a heavy smoker, though...2-4 per day, mostly after meals. I'm glad she was able to quit.
