I always take EVERY receipt they provide to me except the "Merchant Copy". I won't leave anything behind that I don't have to that might give someone ANY information about me. Identity theft/home burglars, etc. are getting craftier and I'm going to do everything reasonable to make their efforts fruitless.

Additionally, I write in the amount I leave for a tip on MY copy of the receipt along with the total amount to use to check against my bank statement later. Any variances & I'll contest it.

Funny how so many racism claims the news turn out to be fake now a days. Almost like someone might he trying to divide us for some unknown reason

Yeah, it's almost as if there's a playbook for this sort of behavior.
