Appeals court: 2nd Amendment protects open carry of guns

I thought this was a prank news story when it was emailed to me.

So the 9th will stike it down again on appeal but then SCOTUS will get it and it will pass which will force Hawaii, California and several other gun control states to have to make a decision... Allow open carry by anyone or allow concealed carry and tax the hell out of it while dragging your beurocratic feet on granting approval.

Based on past SCOTUS rulings i would not expect them to rule against the state, again.
