I always get flack for saying it, but I've always thought a baseball rule would be great idea. Three strikes and you're out of the game of life. I run that trail a lot, but usually South of Belleview, I'm betting this was North of Belleview, as I rarely see any homeless where I go, and they have many "camps" further North. Either way, this guy wouldn't have liked for me to run (no pun intended) into this situation.
