People injured and animals killed in Colorado Springs ?
Hey all of you down in CS, what is this that I am hearing blurbs about people injured & hospitalized, and several animals killed at the Cheyenne Mountain zoo due to the large high capacity hail storms down there ?
There should be a law banning those you know........

I heard people were injured but that is it so far. Hail was big, tennis ball big.

Got home in time to catch the 5 PM news, it was a vulture & a goose ? that were killed with several other animals injured.
No human fatalities, 8 sent to the hospital as of now. But who knows, getting beaned by a tennis ball sized hail stone could be fatal.

That's what I just heard on Facebook too, a statue. The shape it was in look like it got domed right there.

How is this possible? Nature is so balanced and harmonious. We humans must have caused this "extreme weather event".
