    Default Auto Body Paint Job

I recently bought a 2006 Impala 9c1 police interceptor , Its all black and i would like to have it repainted same.
Can anybody recommend a body shop or person that can help , i like to have it done soon and can drop car off for week or
two , its not my daily driver. couple minor dents (bumps). Id like to keep it under $2k if possible

    thanks Stu

    Rustoleum

Seriously you are going to be very hard pressed to find a body shop that:
A- has time to do it (with all the hail work)
B- can even come close to $2K for an entire repaint

    Earl Scheib?

Maaco was the Earl Scheib of Minnesota when I lived there. $99 paint job was the deal at the time. That said, they still might throw a cheap paint job on there for you, they still advertise “easy and affordable” paint services.

All of the above responses are correct, with all the hail damage no shop is going to be able to take a project like that on for a long time. Typically the cost of a full Refinish is five to $7000 without any bodywork. Vinyl wrap would be your best option.
PS: I worked at a body shop for five years and I am now an insurance adjuster.

Snow man is right. I was in collision repair for 14 years. You could get a bodyman to repair and prime the dents on the side for fairly cheap , then wrap it. With vinyl the options are endless.
