Jesus Christ. I moved away from NY for the same shit?
They almost hung Paterson for wanting to tax soda and crap. And the online sales thing was a joke. For about a month the major online retailers complied, then gave NY the finger.

He's a total ass idiot. Wants to push all his pet projects thru, and reports how well CO is doing, but cuts jobs right and left and now cuts for education which is supposed to be funded ahead annually,,,,, what a Moron.
He charges sales tax on cigarettes when its 75% taxes anyway.

Ritter said he would like to make Colorado be just like California. At the time he was talking about polution laws but if you look at everything else he has done and wants to do you will see he means to do that to everything.

Cut the entitled positions! I think one of the reasons that people voted for this duesch is because Owen's banned smoking but there were other reasons too.
