I don’t know if there’s a good “kit”. There are plenty of good tools out there. Some better than others at what they do. My “kit” is comprised of stuff from different vendors.

Honestly, unless you plan on assembling everything yourself (barrel, etc.) you really don’t need much in the way of tooling to just assemble the lower and slap an upper on it.
