Awesome doggo! Looks like he's at home & fairly adjusted already. So glad you rescued instead of shopping for what it's worth. Just another example of an amazing companion that can be had via adoption/rescue.

FYI I would be hesitant to adopt a black dog again because it makes things a little bit dicier for walking/jogging and outdoor activities. When we had a white and a black dog of the same age, size & type it was crazy how much faster the black one would get than the white one. You could actually feel the difference with your hand and it was quite drastic. It also ended walks and outdoor sunny activities much sooner as a result.

I know black dogs matter too but I can see that possibly being a solid reason for some not wanting to adopt them which is unfortunate but it sure beats getting one and then subjecting it to potentially dangerous conditions all the time due to not knowing.
