Not to nit-pick but $
350 sounds a little rich for a rescue.

I was pretty amazed when I started looking around. Most were $300+ but all medical stuff is done: shots for everything for the age, microchip, fixed, etc. I'm not complaining.

I got my last dog 20 years ago and it was basically "Oh! You want a dog? Yay - he's yours!" Things have changed I guess.

To be fair, I was looking for a pretty specific breed. If I wasn't so picky, maybe I could have gotten off cheaper.
