The shake n bake method does work, but it annoys me to have to make sure I get the airsoft bb's out before I bake.
I started using an idea I saw on youtube, which is preheat the bullets to 140° for about 4-5 minutes, then drop them in the powder, shake them around, and then put them on the tray.
The preheated bullets collect enough powder without having to shake/tumble for long enough to create static, so it makes it a little faster.
ETA: Cook times.
I use a cheapy walmart convection toaster oven (probably similar to what you have) and cook them for 20 minutes at 400°.
