It is getting easier to draw, and you can get lucky once you have 3 preference points. A friend who is a CPW officer drew her bull moose license at 9 years. It took me 19 years.
I've seen moose on the other side of Jones Pass and the pass west of Buena Vista too.

On the contrary, with the changes to the draw system there is going to be a HUGE influx of people in just two years that will become legible to draw a tag, meaning the chances of ever drawing a tag will dramatically decrease at that time. This holds true for all of the harder to draw tags including sheep and goats.It is getting easier to draw, and you can get lucky once you have 3 preference points.
Laws aren't "preventable" measures. IOW, more gun laws won't stop mass shootings.
