Default Body Cam Stills of 8/31 Douglas County Sheriff Involved Shooting

Just seeing this made me pucker up real good. I don't know if they are releasing the vid, but here is a recap with the stills.

    No deputies were injured.

Yeah, that would make anybody pucker. Not sure why the officer is ass over tea kettle from the dash cam.

He was firing as he backed up, lost his footing-according to friends with SO.

That only happens one time in your career before you remember to always passionately kiss your wife goodbye before going to work. 30 years and my wife sure is a good kisser.

Glad the deputies will get the chance to remember and tell the people closest to them how they feel before they don't have the chance.

    Be safe.

I was driving past in the north bound lanes when the officers drew and fired. The rest of the drive home was a little unsettling.

Looks like a S&W Sigma to me. In stainless. And probably in .40
    S&W's first polymer product...

I have owned a Sigma SW9VE and SW40VE, and the pictures don't look like them. There could be some distortion in the images, because they aren't very high quality.
