It's hard to be happy for any failure in this industry you want to be successful. Especially since I know a few of their employees who are good people and will now be w/o a job.

It was mismanaged from the moment it was bought out and unfortunately the writing was on the wall since then IMO. I wish they would have valued their customers more and maybe I'd still have a LGS I could spend lots of time and money in and maybe they'd still be in business. They thought they were too big to take care of the customers that took care of them and it came back to bite them. Can't say I'm surprised in this age when everything can be had online cheaper. If you don't offer exemplary customer service to those who are willing to pay a premium for it, what do you really offer? I know once I started making all of my purchases online to the lowest bidder I saved a boat load of money. Makes me wish I had done so sooner since I thought I was investing in a local relationship that would value my loyalty which wasn't the case. The Liberty stores opening up & a Republican in office were just the nail in the coffin but that hole was being dug years ago through continued efforts in the wrong direction.

I know not everyone shares my view though. I wish nothing but the best for the employees.
