No. So far I believe the DoJ has only looked into her conduct in protesting against DHS Secretary Nielsen while she was eating in a restaurant.

the video only posted 9 hours ago (as of the time I post this) so I suspect nothing has happened yet.

Even if she quits, long before DoJ is able to get her through the termination process, I predict that she will have a nice paid position with some like minded organization funded by more fellow travelers.
