Denver Bullets if you are close to Denver.
SDS if you live around Colorado Springs.
Personally I seek out the best available knowledge, experience and security of the facility when considering a transferring dealer.

Considering the wait times involved I agree with the above about choosing a dealer
Depending on what you are transferring you may want find a shop with a range.
Springs armory for me.
SDS has treated me well too though, nothing wrong with using them.
Never complain; never explain.
