National Alert over your cell phone ? Presidential Alert?

So I am sitting in the local VA clinic today and I heard this alert coming from someones cell phone today. I thought maybe it was coming from a local radio station. I had my cell phone on, but I didn't get any alert. Anybody get this test of the Emergency Broadcast system on their cell phone? Just curious.

Yup, everyone's phones in the cube farm went off in groups over the course of 20 minutes. Probably separated according to carrier - but not sure.

Entire office here got it at exactly 12:18 as advertised.

Libs are making a big deal out of it. "I don't want Trump texting me!!!!!" Those folks get outraged over everything.

I checked my phone to see if I had alerts off. I did not get it. I guess I better do more research.
