All of the shootings could have been done with a T/C Encore with a .223 barrel. That's why you don't hear the shootings brought up in the Anti-douchebaggery propaganda.Originally Posted by Jer

I don't remember what it was specifically but based on the (crappy) pics/vids I saw I'm guessing an R700 but long range rifles aren't my expertise so someone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

They used a Bushy XM-15.
No. This was one of the angles the investigators took in the investigation and they tried to get it into court, but the judge wouldn't allow it as they had no proof of it. His ex was the one that got this idea going from her interview with the cops. She cut him off from his kids.
