    HA!

"Proud American Socialist" stands up for property rights.

    What a putz.

If Comcast were Denvercast or Colocast, would he wield the shovel himself?

Funny how they don't have any commenting available on their website. Typical leftist douchenozzle: Socialism for thee, not for me!

Hmm. There?s a ?Com? in Comcast. You?d think that would be close enough to communism that a true socialist would embrace it.

While this guy is a clown, I agree with him.

The fact that private corporations get away with using eminent domain, and other such legal devices, to use land that they have no legal right to use, is BS.

Since comcrap doesn't have an easement recorded on the plats, they don't have a legal right to use his backyard.

Same here. Only I don't agree with easements, eminent domain, or anything which allows someone to use another's property without the consent of the property owner -- and not "expressed" by purchase, either. The only exception would be an emergency, during the emergency, and only then: a la taking down a fence panel to run a firehose or something.

I'm at my wits end with Comcast too... i'm ready to fire their asses as soon as i can source an alternative ISP for my home that's at least nearly the same throughput and reliability.
