    I guess so. Basically if you had 10+ mags you had to "declare" them and the state gave a you some sort of paperwork to show police in the event of a home defense situation or at the range, etc. I was too young to even buy a gun at the time, but I have heard about the process from others.

    That's what they'll do, make them contraband- illegal to possess unless you have an affirmative defense (LEO, etc)
