A judicial process? Does this mean he won't sign the "red flag" law if there isn't a means to return the firearms to the rightful owner in the event that the rightful owner was determined NOT to be a nut like the rightful owners neighbor (for instance) said they were? Does this mean the rightful owner gets to sue the crap out of their accuser after the false accusation?
Do you people who voted (D) and own guns (shame on you) understand that these charges could be leveled against you?
