I don't know why, but lately I've been watching the Youtube channel of a guy who goes by the name SteveMRE1989. Basically, he takes military rations, opens them up, describes the contents, and then reviews how good they taste.

I don't know if it's his calm Bob-Ross-by-way-of-Keanu-Reeves delivery, or his steadfast adherence to reviewing everything in the ration (he even lights up the smokes from the WW2 and Korean-era ones) or his undying love for Coffee: Instant Type I, but for whatever reason, his videos are kind of compulsively watchable.

Meh,
the Crazy Russian Hacker ( Taras Kulakov ) is much more entertaining. Especially when he likes the MREs, in fact I don’t think he’s eaten one that he didn’t like, even the chineses ones.
