Default Frangible or reduced penetration bullets for .300 BO?

Wondering if anyone has experience testing frangible or reduced penetration bullets, specifically for subsonic blackout. I don't know if it's possible, but I'd like something that won't pass through two layers of 1/2" sheetrock. Four layers is more realistic, but it's possible for me to have a problem with just two layers between me and my kids.

No idea what penetration through sheetrock would look like, but here's one option (seen a few) for frangible 300BO:

Interested to see what you end up coming up with for this, as at the moment, I've taken an alternative approach based on not seeing any real data for this issue that I'm comfortable with.

Not going to provide any specifics, however, my alternate approach is to actually plan for multi-wall penetration as part of an active defence strategy (planned around interior funnel-points, angles-of-fire, structural-features, etc.), with a provision-in-plan to intentionally pass rounds through multiple interior walls during target engagement, should the situation dictate. Not ideal, but unsure if there are any better alternatives available.

Sean & Rob @ Bowers did a series of tests on video with maybe 30ish different rounds & various weapons on walls layered out to maybe 15 deep in 2x4 sheetrock & some exterior siding mockups. Think it was on FB.

Hmm, I'm not smart enough to find it.
