    Default Cabela's is going downhill

I have been a loyal customer of Cabela's for longer than some of our members have been walking. Cabela's has slipped considerably in the last 10 years and I just noticed this listing on their web site. They are clearly falling to a new low since being absorbed by Bass Pro Shops.

This is very sad that a sporting industry leader has a lack of basic knowledge of firearms and they are will to show it to everyone.

At least they didn’t photograph the “clips” with the bullets installed backwards like a major firearms manufacturer did in a big promotional campaign............

Does anyone still have a link to that Image ?

They absolutely gutted the ammunition and reloading area of the store on 144th I would presume the others are similar.

They moved it around in Lone Tree, but I didn't notice any significant decrease.

I still shop there for gun stuff, but I absolutely refuse to buy anything branded Redhead. I hate Bass Pro branded clothing.

Why is that? I have some bad ass Red Head boots that I've been wearing for many years and some other stuff too. I'm not complaining about any of it.

Same here, had some good boots and other stuff and loved all of it but, like mine it was likely purchased before the take over by Basspro. Unfortunately, now it?s all low quality stuff branded for ?quality? markup.
