Went to Cabellas today, couldn't find one thing to buy. Prices are insane. Ammo that was on sale was still priced twice as much as wally world. Don't know how they stay in business.

I have $150 in gift cards to Cabelas and am having a hard time finding something to spend it on that:
    1. Something I need to replace or don’t already have.
    2. Is worth paying what they’re asking.
    3. Won’t cost me more out of pocket.

The contender right now is a new pair of cowboy boots but they don’t have the best selection and certainly not the best prices... maybe I’ll wait a while and find a new tent on sale...

What calibers and loads? Usually Cabela's is $1-2 higher than Sportsman's and $4-5 higher than Walmart for ammo in the $15 - $30 box range.

All of cabellas ammo was stupid expensive. Wall mart has 100rd packs of 9mm 16.87$ 200rd packs for 33.75$. 5.56 200rd packs for 58$ 200rd 45acp for 63$. Cabellas was no where near wall mart prices even with there sale.
    Don't be stupid!!!!!
