Europe also gave us "roundabouts". I'd nuke 'em just for that if I could.

I feel like Roundabouts are like communism in that they work great when people know how to use them. Except I like roundabouts and communism will never work.
"There are no finger prints under water."
I love roundabouts.
Errrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
Haw haw haw?..
Oh probably the same reaction as when CO magazine capacity was limited to 15 rounds. Nothing.
If anyone thinks that recalling a couple of communists was something that carried some weight I'll direct them to the results of the latest elections where an even worse group of communists was elected. We even have a thread on what we think the communists are going to do now that they hold the CO congress and governors seat.

Modern roundabouts were first standardized in the UK in 1966 and were found to be a significant improvement over previous traffic circle and rotaries. Since then they have spread and modern roundabouts are commonplace throughout the world. Half of the world's roundabouts are in France (more than 30,000 as of 2008), although the United Kingdom has more as a proportion of the road than any other country.
I dislike roundabouts, but I learned to drive before 1966

Europe likes driving in circles. It makes you feel like you're getting somewhere, even when you aren't.
We 'Mericans drive in straight lines. Our cars go fast in straight lines...or turn only left on Sunday.
Socialism is in for a rude awakening. Everywhere.
Liberals never met a slippery slope they didn't grease.

I wish technology solved people issues. It seems to just reveal them.

Word in certain circles is that the protests have little or nothing to do with gas prices, that's just the media's chosen narrative.
