Have a friend that lives there. He's been turning in old, rusty AK mags that he bought years ago for $6 for the $25. There is a per day limit so he's just been going every day. I guess someone turned in a demilled AT4 launcher for the $500. I mentioned to him the I've heard of guys throwing together a "shotgun" out of some scrap pipe, wood, and a nail or something for a firing pin and getting paid. He said he saw that happening.
