Primary arms dots are pretty decent. Cant beat the price.
I researched that very question a while back and couldn't find anything other than the two you mentioned.

New Holosun is supposed to be close to those numbers, but not sure of quality....
Subscribed, pondering a day bright rds for a cheap project.
SIG Romeo series also claim some extraordinary battery life spans...and I've seen them pretty reasonable over the last few weeks...

Got several of them, they work for me

My Holosun 510c elite claims up to 20k hours on full reticle (circle dot). With the auto off and shake awake, paired with the solar, I would bet it lasts a very long time.
ended up caving in and got a aimpoint pro.
