Hey, I'm Steve in Lafayette, been in CO my whole life.
I love guns, mechanics, electronics, freedom, cars, animals and women,..etc
I am not "politically correct" but I try to be respectful, I treat people how they treat me.

I've been into guns forever, finally built my AR about 10yrs ago. Own 'a couple' of guns.

I have shot several times at BluCore. Normally outside, where safe and peaceful, up in the mountains near Boulder. T
(Sadly, the assholes were unsafe and left litter, became un-peaceful fast. I always tried to bring extra trash back, but it became impossible. Does anyone know an outdoor place to shoot, not yet ruined by jackasses?)

Go for a hike in National Forest land that's not private land or illegal to discharge firearms in. I like the National Forest area near buffalo creek. I drive far away from any houses, trails, etc, then I hike a little bit. (check google maps for those things). Sounds like you already do, but always leave no trace.

Gave up trying to shoot on Natl Forest land 15 yrs ago. Too far away from prairie and too much hassle.
