I have a MacBook that was returned from a former employee, still tied to the Apple ID. Any way to get around that? Send me a pm if you can help.

As far as I know, only if it was tied to an Apple ID that you have email admin capabilities into (ie. Their ID was their work email) Otherwise you’ll need to have them sign into their account and remove it for you.

Pretty much nothing you can do yourself, by proving ownership apparently the Apple store folks can probably do it.
