Anyone Remember This Guy?

I seem to have a vague memory of this guy from my childhood. Can't remember what he was holding though. Anyone? Buehler?

This little collection is just sitting on the side of the road by an old, rundown building in Pomeroy, WA. The statue is probably made from fiberglass and is about 16 to 18 feet tall. I think he's pretty cool, cigarette and all.

I have seen it holding a tire...but I always suspected it originally held an axe. Paul Bunyan esque.
