The Glock 18 is a full auto version of the Glock 17.

So that would mean the 17 is illegal. Pending passage of the bill which is very unlikely.

The weight thing is also to get rid of AR pistols.

They're just C&P the original 94 bill. Olympic Arms introduced the OA-93 AR pistol. I believe the entities that be weighed it and came up with a weight lower than the pistol. SO.. OA after the 94 bill was passed introduced the OA-94 which was the same thing only with, are you ready.......................a shhit load of holes drilled in the lower to bring it under that weight .


However thanks to the introduction of polymer lowers, i believe that number will not matter.

By that thinking, then all Glocks will be considered illegal, because they are basically all semi-auto version of G18 that shoot different rounds.

If we?re splitting hairs, the 17 isn?t a semi auto version of the 18. The 18 is a full auto version of the 17.
