Reality is lots of people are assholes, once they replace one entity they just become the successor, they don't lay down arms when suddenly power is at their fingertips. This is on top of the other issues described with extra judicial killings. If that were in place here for instance, a lot of members here, including myself, would be dead. When all it takes is an accusation, evil is all that prevails.
