    It's his appendix not colon.

    Thanks all it was scary

started with diarrhea all day Monday, then about 230 entire abdomen felt like it was full of gas. Took some pepto and gas-x tried to sleep it off stayed home from work Monday. Tuesday morning about 6 am pain doubled at least and to the er I went. Was in surgery within 4 hours of getting to the Er the doctors said I was very lucky. 4.5 days in the hospital trying to get the pain under control morphine based drugs and I do Not get along. I had an abdominal drain as well. The removal of the 24” of 1/4” tube inside me was one of the worst pains I have felt as well

dealing with a muscle spasm/cramp near the diaphragm on the right side right now that is making life interesting

JUST an FYI to all reading this .....

Pepto is the worst thing to take when having stomach area related issues. Little late for DF, however if anyone else has stomach area, or abdominal issues. Do Not use pepto.

ESPECIALLY if you think it's gall bladder related. Over the years pepto finally added a disclaimer mentioning it.

Dad had same symptoms and just dealt with it for a week until mom forced him to ER. Ruptured colon!!! Was in hospital six weeks since it turned into sepsis as well. Don?t put severe intestinal pain off, folks!

Belly gun? Me thinks you need a knife for that. Maybe it's time to pop for that Benchmade automatic you've been eyeing.

Seriously, glad you made it to the hospital in time. Fortunately there shouldn't be long term complications.

Now that you have a handy incision, this makes appendix carry easier.

Glad to hear you are on the mend and out of the hospital. Should have said something while you were in. We could have come to visit & snuck you in some Dickies BBQ and Devil’s Spit Sauce.....
