Just bunch the tarp around the rock and tie it off, you mean?

Thanks but I have plenty of tents myself. I just mean that someone could potentially use a tarp as both things.

If you're familiar with the golf ball method of skinning a deer, basically that.

Now, all I need is an ATV with a winch, a Sawzall, A knife with a gut-hook, a skinning knife, a tree, and, of course, a deer.

I checked out this guy's YouTube channel and he only has 8 videos. However, his log cabin ones are interesting enough and short enough.

    You're 80% there!

Ya know since these guys use a truck with a hitch to pull the rope, they might as well just use the trailer hitch ball in place of the golf ball and eliminate half the requirements.

I suppose having your freshly skinned deer laying in the dirt isn't idea though. Could use a tarp. Then spray off the tarp and kayak off into the distance with it.

Good point. He does emphasize using a tarp around 3 minutes into the video.
Interesting that the Kentucky Fish and Game keep dead deer hanging around in a locker.

I hadn't watched the video. First time I've seen someone do it with the deer laying on the ground like that. Think I would have used a bigger tarp.
