    The article I read said the cat was about 80 pounds, so either it was sick or young.

    Young cat trying to get through its first winter. Good job to the runner. He's got one hell of a story to tell his grand kids.

    I heard of a story in WY of a guy fending off another young cat with a chainsaw. Again.. They're young, hungry and trying to survive their first winter.

    There are more cats around than people think, especially the front range. North table has a couple that keeps the deer herd in check.
