I'm interested as long as its sitting on at least 35 acres. I do want enough room to be able to shoot and pee in my own backyard, and I've got a big wang. Well- not so much "big" as long... Kinda like a noodle... Think, 'linguine'... Actually, I do have loud hobbies (a lathe, a mill, I weld, etc) and I really don't want to bother anyone else nor do I want them bothering me. I've always found the adage true that, "Good fences make good neighbors". If it fits the blll, please shoot me a PM.
