That sure looked like an ND to me.
Aside from that, my takeaway from this whole thing is some people should really be discouraged from the "trans" thing. Especially ugly dudes. Cause they just make uglier "women". I might'a shot that, too.

Which was the transgender, the guard or the shooting victim?
It looks like the guard was squatting to take a dump when it fired the gun.
The victim looks like it's gone a few rounds with meth.
Another 3-minute story extended to 13+ minutes.....
The narrative of the reporting said that the victim was treated on site and refused to go to the hospital.
The reporter on camera said the victim was shot and rushed to the hospital in her most breathless manner.
The YouTube videos were made by an organization of "First Amendment Auditors" that film all types of public confrontations.
Sorry, my skepticism steers me to thinking this was staged.
