The implications of what allegedly happened, followed by the vitriol of almost every D running for president. Other politicians , the media and talk shows. Has serious ramifications,had the story been true.

Even worse is, if one reads the latest stories. Or lack of them denouncing this hoax. Instead, saying (C.Booker) at first referencing modern day lynching, trumps fault etc. TO now saying we should wait for the facts to come out before jumping to conclusions. This announcement today recognizes that ?Empire? actor Jussie Smollett took advantage of the pain and anger of racism to promote his career.

I?m left hanging my head and asking why. Why would anyone, especially an African American man, use the symbolism of a noose to make false accusations? How could someone look at the hatred and suffering associated with that symbol and see an opportunity to manipulate that symbol to further his own public profile?


To make things worse, the accusations within this phony attack received national attention for weeks. Celebrities, news commentators and even presidential candidates weighed in on something that was choreographed by an actor.

That article was from some out of touch POC who believes her own words. There are more like her, that if they caught their spouse in flagrante. They would still deny it happened,because "Her Man" wasn't like that. It must have been the other woman who caused him to stray.
