Nope. I’m done. Way too many people pumping me for information and then buying from an unsupported/non-lawyer source. I can’t come up with a reliable method to separate the freeloaders, so I’m done.

No longer accepting new Trust clients, but doing my best to continue answering questions and providing support to previous clients.

Small retainer that can be applied to the trust cost?

As in, "I'd be happy to answer your (up to n) questions for $99 retainer which can be applied to the final cost of the trust."

I think he has been down that road as well, and it has proven to not be worthy of his effort due to flakes. I unfortunately missed the boat getting one done with him as well and at some point will have to navigate that world myself. Everything I have to this point has been individual stamps.

    Why a trust vs individual?

With the current rules a trust seems like a waste of time.

This is why I always inform people about your trusts as opposed to the shaddy ones on the web. It is worth the extra cost.

Glad I had my trust in place before 2013.

All my +15 rd mags were transferred to and belong to the trust. Colorado can suck it when I die.
