I'm interested in learning more. I'm not thrilled with Spurlock's mentality.

The mentality is very clear.

"All animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than others."

He is not about individual liberty and rights. Spurlock's #1 belief is in the power of the state. I am not sure why that is not clear.

The police likely didn't need the roomate's permission to enter the apartment. If there is an emergent situation, the police can enter a dwelling without permission or a warrant. Everything listed above adds up to an emergent situation.

They did not claim that. They claimed they had the roommate's permission to enter. \


As the police said that no crime was committed one cannot use the DV and exigent circumstances. The roommate cannot give permission to enter against the other occupant's will when the police claim there are no crimes.

It would make it real interesting when 20 illegals all billet in the same house with one citizen too. Bring 21 officers, separate them all, and get unanimous consent... yeah, that doesn't happen.

If they can articulate a crime and have exigent circumstances, they can enter.

Otherwise a search warrant if they want to come in and they dont have consent.

We recalled John Morse for pulling his anti-gun BS after being elected. We should start pulling together the organization needed for potential recall of the AG and Gov over this.

Not opposed to that either but it will be more expensive.

At some point one has to wonder if that is part of the plan; using our limited free market resources up on political fights while they use our taxpayer resources to take over (and take our rights).
