Heard them reporting about it all morning, but no info at the time.
"There are no finger prints under water."
I heard the report several hours ago about injury and they took him to Platte Valley here in Brighton. It probably took some time to inform next of kin.
That's awful. It's especially hazardous out there for the state troopers.
Cops/Cop institutions need to start a safe Cops campaign. There is no excuse for an officer to be any where near traffic, or endangerment.
Use the bull horn, tell the car being pulled over to proceed to a safe(er) place.
