Anyone know what happened to Mountain Range Armory in Arvada? Neat little shop right in old town.

They closed down shortly before the new RTD lightrail station finally opened, literally nextdoor to their shop. I imagine the rent skyrocketed to the point of being unsustainable for a small gunshop. But I don't know for sure if that was the reason they closed down. That RTD boondoggle put other Old Town shops out of business too. Rent was through the roof down there for years in anticipation of the station, but the commensurate foot traffic (promised by RTD and city planners) was nowhere to be found. Shitty situation for all the business owners down there.

Stan's Military Gun used to be in Old Town in the early 90's- I bought a bunch of FN 7x57mm surplus ammo from him.
